many energy reserves as possible while it can before the next

diets; as soon as you stop taking them, you’ll put on a lot
of weight fast. So unless you want to starve or take
dangerous pills all your life, you should take a different approach to
lose 10 pounds.
I’ve found that regular exercise and eating frequent yet
small, healthy meals and snacks is the way to go. Doing this
you can lose 10 pounds in no time at all, and it’ll stay
off. More importantly, it’s also a healthy way to
lose weight.
